Nevada or Pennsylvania will put him over the top. Trump is going to court but won't find much love. The state courts will all cite state law and dismiss unless there's some state constitutional provision, but strikes me as a hail mary. His only chance is to get declared unconstitutional votes received after Election Day for Equal Protection Clause or something, but they're going to defer to established precedent I feel.

I'd be in favor of a federal law or constitutional amendment to just set the same standards for everywhere as far as absentee.
Imagine that. Trump packs the SC with constitutionals, only to find they defer to the Constitution.
That shit would burrrnn, bro.
He has no power over them, not even Barrett. They can sit on the Court for life.

If it got to the Supreme Court I think the best Trump would do is 2 out of the 9 ruling in his favor.
Securing the Supreme Court is indeed a very fine Trump achievement.

Now +5 at 86%. Gonna be so close.

Someone should tell Rudy to sit down and focus his energies on his upcoming criminal case.

Trump has sand paper and a bottle top in his pocket. The ball has turned orange on one side from him shining it with his fake tan and the other side has holes in it from him standing on it with his golf spikes.
The umpire has warned him but he keeps chucking bouncers and he goes up for an LBW shout for every ball, even the ones that have been smashed for 6.

Trump is likely gone. So long. It has been hilarious. I look forward to the tweets from Mar-a-Lago, or rather the reactions to them.

But he leaves Trumpism as an enduring political phenomenon, a secure SC and a GOP Senate. Not a bad return. What is needed now is Trumpism sans Trump.

I'll send you a copy of what I'm writing about the death of the Indiana Democratic Party and why an opening is there for the Libertarians to replace them, which can easily be extrapolated to half the states.

Biden should've won this election by 10 points according to prominent pollsters. 10% of the electorate with 140 million voters is 14 million. Instead he's going to narrowly win, have the popular vote by a smaller margin than Hillary did, meaning they thought they were going to win by 14 million, but 6 to 6.5 million voters they thought would vote Biden instead came out for Trump, and they don't know why. Biden's going to win but this is a massive f*cking failure for pollsters but also for Democrats that thought they were winning everything from president down to Senate to state legislature to county council. The person that said Biden is Theresa May earlier is spot-on. As a more or less never Trump conservative, this result of Biden wins narrowly but the Democrats are still shit and win nothing down-ballot is my dream scenario if you asked me pre-election.
