when is NZ going to ask an Aussie elite to run your country?

And I would recommend looking at Mandelson or Blair and doing the opposite.
so why do you think the UK should do it. Give away democracy and join a new elite and Eurocrat's run EU.Enzedder wrote:Never - they are over 1000 miles away.Silver wrote:when is NZ going to ask an Aussie elite to run your country?Enzedder wrote:I can't vote but any of you buggers voting to leave are dumb.

Also, I want to vote that way as it is better for NZ with our existing trade agreements not to rock the boat
Not seen it mentioned in any of the press but it'd affect a huge number of NZers who have or can get UK passports and at the moment can live and work anywhere in Europe indefinitely, get medical care, and so on. That's anyone born in the UK or with at least one parent born there, must be 100s of 1,000s of us.Enzedder wrote: Also, I want to vote that way as it is better for NZ with our existing trade agreements not to rock the boat

Henson, Farage/Boris or Dave/Tony Blair/Beckham.Fezhead wrote:Hmm. There is every chance we could end up being ruled by Gavin Henson. I suppose it was always inevitable. I for one welcome this.

I should be fine either way. I won't be competing with the huge number of low skilled people that flood into the country as the Euro countries collapse, and Turks start pouring in if stay win.unseenwork wrote:Imagine just how funny Silver going mental would be if remain wins.

I voted 'Remain'.
It was a tough call but I suspect my last minute change of heart will be replicated up and down the country.
The 'Remain' campaign may have had a difficult task and may have run an appalling campaign but when push came to shove, 'Leave' lacked credibility and, as is often the way in such referenda, guarantees.
and this project is finished anyway. Its just a matter of when. A slow drawn out collapse over many years with huge suffering. There might not be enough warriors in the UK for leave to win. Time will tell.

Hardly. Say warriors to yer average Kiwi and they'll take it a reference to Auckland's other under-performing ovalball team.unseenwork wrote:Is this just what NZ politics is like? Paranoid ravings and goading the population with comparisons to Maori warriors?

And here we have the problem with our current democracy. Racists and loons do vote, and people who could make a difference don't.ASMO wrote:Haven't voted and wont be voting, both sides are lying c u n t s and i really don't care one way or the other
