We who remain...

It has been a very emotional weekend for our little Political Union. A lot has been said about the Union and it's need to reform (which I agree with) but right now lets remember what we the citizens of Europe have achieved together. One of the greatest periods of wealth expansion ever seen. The lifting of millions of our fellow Europeans out from the evils of communism. The massive expansion of democracy across the once troubled continent. Peace and prosperity and travel and friendships. You can make cars for BMW or software in Dublin, study in Milan or sit in your house on the beach in Spain and all thanks to two little letters "EU".

Altogether now

Exchanged a knowing nod with the Polish guy earlier in Spar.

A sort of a "nice not being a racist cĂșnt isn't it"

I'm campaigning for an Independent London, part of the EU.

Incidentally, happy for Boris and Farage to go and govern those that backed them/leave. Perhaps they could banish immigrants from Wales and the North and have special political correctness police in Essex or enforcers to prevent things that "aren't like the old days" in Kent.

Loads of hot Spanish birds working in Dublin lately.

Really nice people.

Glad we're in the same Union really.

I'll say one thing for Brexit, it does seems to have inspired the greatest flowering of literary art since WWI.

I was having lunch today with my daughter in a local bistro that I frequent a few times a week.....The Maitre 'd is a right cnut but I get on well with him....A group of rather exuberant English people tried to pay the bill using a RBS visa card and the prick wouldn't accept it.... They had to pay with cash.....
