Nine points is a very poor return considering the possession and territory Ireland have had.
They'll look back and see a few times when taking 3 or a dg would've been the way to go. This could be a 6 point game right now.

I'm applauding their effort and intent, not their accuracy
This is test rugby not an U11s tournament.

The kiwis have been awful, truly disgusting in their cynicism and you have a go at best
A couple of marginal tackles v constant referee badgering.
I know which one most would find better.
That says a lot about you as a person to be honest
Questioning the referee as to why he is letting a team trying to decapitate yours doesn't make you a whinge

An appropriate finish - various Kiwi players who've been shown up a bit in the last few matches showing themselves up a bit.

Good win for NZ. Tough game. Great defence by Andy Farrell's Ireland but not being able to score more than 9 points with a man advantage for 20 minutes is a bad sign.

Fekitoa cocks up to finish the game. NZ deserved winners after a phenomenal defensive performance. Commiserations Ireland, gave it a good crack but weren't at the same level as in Chicago.

Too many mistakes tonight. I'd rather have the safety type midfielders than X factor if those are our options right now.

Toner, VdF and Heaslip have been outstanding for Ireland. But we lacked penetration and out attacking structure still needs work. Henshaw was a big loss as we struggled to break that gain line. We are just too dependant on sealing the edge of the ruck and an attritional getting around the corner in the oppo 22. There were many times we simply ran out of numbers, and NZ were never really exposed once they numbered up and made their tackles.

Injuries haven't helped. Crotty, SBW and Ngatai are three injured players who come to mind.

I'm curious to see if England could have scored tries to this NZ defense (which again was infinitely better than in the Chicago game)
