Wayne Barnes will ref this properly (meaning more YC's for NZ) but France will still lose by 20

I have a feeling a Frenchie will get sent off ... their discipline is likely to be as bad as NZ

The All Blacks have dealt with the Irish so lets move on to the next challenge. France will be bitterly disappointed they couldn't turn over the Wallabies. They'll also be seeking redemption after the All Blacks brutalized them at the Rugby World Cup.

Cane, Tuipulotu, Fekitoa and B Smith will all be out. Crotty is supposed to be fit for the match so he'll strength our midfield and Kaino should also be back. The team I think we'll see

1. Moody
2. Coles
3. Franks
4. Retallick
5. Whitelock
6. Kaino
7. Todd
8. Read
9. Perenara
10. Barrett
11. Savea
12. Crotty
13. Lienert-Brown
14. Nahalo
15. Dagg

16. Taylor
17. Crockett
18. Faumuina
19. Squire - Scott Barrett has been impressive when given his chances but I think they'll want Squire there as has been the trend for most of the season
20. A .Savea
21. Kerr-Barlow - A. Smith has been poor and needs to get his head straight. Kerr-Barlow has had limited oppurtunities
22. Sopaoga - Has had limited oppurtunities so will get a chance to show his wares
23. Tamanivalu - I don't think they'd have Cruden and Sopaoga on the bench so he is the default option

It will be interesting what will happen if Cane is suspended for tackling. Will they all stand aside (both sides) and let teams waltz thru

I might give watching this game a miss due to the hideous new "away" jersey the All Blacks will be wearing.

Hopefully Kaino is back for this test to lead the defensive effort.

Re jerseys isn't it the home side that are required to change their strip.

Why are the French making their blue darker to match the AB's

Have the NZRFU rolled over to allow the French their normal strip so addidas can release an AB away strip and generate more sales?

Who sold out here? The AB's should be in Black this weekend.

It won't be the worst jersey on the pitch. And I though the French were renowned for their fashion.

That, and no Cane, no Bender, no Fekitoa, no Tuipulotu and no Romano means we have no chance.

France by 30. :(

As long as Crotty is fit, Fekitoa being unavailable shouldn't be too much of an issue.

Getting Kaino back will be a huge bonus. We missed his presence at the breakdown.

I also think having Todd start at 7 could be a real positive. Of the three specialist opensides in the squad he's probably the strongest presence at the breakdown.

All Black skills and physicality will be more than what France can cope with, however I expect an open game with both sides scoring lots of tries. In the QF at the last RWC, Fofana cut the AB defense open a few times only to find himself isolated. This has now changed and the support is better organised for the French.

AB by 18 pts, 5 tries to 3.

There's nothing wrong with the standard white alternative strip FFS.

Home team changing was an excellent convention. Apart form the simple good manners it's practical - the home side's going to have better access to a second set of kit. It got changed as rugby for some reason best known to the blazers decided to adopt soccer conventions.

That is pure f**king gash. It's a golf top. The "All Blacks" and the fern are squint. What the utter fudge was the designer of that thinking? What were the dipshits that approved it thinking?

We've worn a shit change kit against France before; didn't go well.

I don't see why the ABs would need to wear their alternative strip as tradition in rugby is that the receiving team has to wear the alternative kit.

And anyway, this is the French new kit (note the Addidas trend):

Yup it's nice, midfield and back row both stronger. Back 3's a bit imbalanced with Naholo and Savea but I doubt they're about to name Ioane. Also Sopoanga might be lucky.

I reckon they'll have Squire as cover for Kaino just because of his - Kaino - calf injury which can be a bit tricky. Kaino can cover lock if Brodie or Sam goes down but they're both 80min players and you'd want the best middle row in World Rugby on the park for as long as possible, hence no lock cover. If J Savea or Nahalo are having an absolute mare shift Barrett to fullback, Dagg to the wing and Sopoaga into first five.

Anyway, France will be easy, Australia "B" team beat them I expect a 20 point win (atleast) ..even though it has been proven in previous years that the 2 NH team Nz hate is france and England..

I'm guessing Hansen starts Aaron Smith at halfback again. H's been selecting an out of form Julian Savea all season long, so I don't expect him to drop Aaron Smith after two below average games.

Agreed, if anything we have established that Kaino can't cover lock. I think the coaches should avoid being cute and simply cover their bases as they did in Dublin. Scott Barrett has been good enough when required.

Did Julian Savea do anything positive in the last game?, i prefer Reiko and Naholo on the wings..heck even Naholo and Tamanivalu on the wings...atleast they would be good defensively.
