if it makes you anymore passive aggressive and lose your temper for absolutely no good reason...certainly !

Pointing out margin abuse was a common part of general conversation in here when I first joined. It remains a relevant aspect of conversation and if the thought of me losing my temper helps with your anxiety, then by all means, console yourself with the idea.

It's an endearing image.
dude, I'm just here to post about my favorite villains. Not interested the slightest. Ciao !

I'd agree with you in the first three movies but that pathetic twat that played Anakin in the prequels really ruined it for me.
I can't believe no one said to him during filming:
"You realize you're playing Darth Vader right?"
While the acting was poor, it's not too bad having a whiny, moody cnut eventually become Darth Vader... what we needed was the transitional period where he grew a pair.

While Darth is a great villain, I never considered him that evil. The Emperor was way worse.

One of the all time great baddies. That he has another GOAT baddie like a puppet on a string adds to his credentials.

He was only Darth Vader for the last 20 minutes or so.
Exactly! So instead of the image of the forbidding, fearsome dark lord of the Sith that we had throughout the original Star Wars movies we are left with an image of that stupid, long haired, spoilt moody twat, who just had his ass handed to him by Obi Wan Kenobi, dressed up in a Darth Vader outfit. It was all so corny. Even the outfit looked stupid to me after that.

errrr.... are you sure sadists and narcissistic perverts, pure evil in realistic movies, can qualify as "favourite villains" ?

I thought "villains" had something to do with fictions and somehow enjoyable tiwted minds as a movie spectator only ?

was waiting for that one...not bad. Although coming up with a shit-crazy motherfkr doesn't take much creativity. Takes more to create a great villain. One of the least random Lynch films though, pretty good film.

Two more to add to the pot....

Captain Vidal in Pan's Labyrinth. Disturbing because you know there have been many just like him in real life.

Cunningham (Tim Roth) in Rob Roy. Utterly despicable bastard who absolutely relished causing everyone else misery.

I strangely found her a bit ...hot. But then it would be very apparent to me she looked like a female version of David Duke, and it was hard to focus on my initial impression. Very good actress nonetheless.

Agree in Return of the Jedi he treats Vader like a dog too and Vader looks like a pussy as a result. Vader goes from big bad dude in Empire Strikes Back to the emperors bitch

You have to admit Hayden Christiansen's best acting was during those last 20 minutes though. This being a highlight:

The guy off no country for old men for me.

Also deserves a mention...Ben stiller in dodge ball.

Off topic, but negan in a TV series is up there!.... I just can't relax whenever he's on screen, and he's also funny. ...."I'm 50% more into you now"
