Twickenham can be a bit cold sometimes and the crowd might not be as raucous as some. I've been a couple of times where the people I've been sitting with have been a bit of a pain, but the majority of the crowd seems to be families having a good time.
Worst guy I've met at Twickenham was some mouthy Aussie guy who didn't know the laws of the game or his own team's results but was giving it large for the full 80 for the Aus v Argies game. Prick.

My last trip to Murrayfield for a Calcutta Cup match gave me the distinct impression that the posh seats were occupied by the same Barbour brigade that you'd find at HQ, with a significant proportion having accents not so dissimilar from my own, while in the cheap seats I was joined by a significant number of guys who seemed to have little in the way of basic rugby knowledge and were more interested in booing the England team/any chorus of swing low than the game itself.
