Car mown down five people on Westminster bridge and at least one shot outside Parliament.

Looks like our luck in avoiding out lone wolf style attacks has run out

Eyewitness overlooking commons

"Thick set man holding something walked into courtyard, he was challenged by policeman and a policeman went down on the floor, then the "thick set man" was shot by plain clothes officers.

Apparently some guy with a knife charged through the gates. A couple of people seen lying on the ground with emergency services attending.

Policeman stabbed by assailant and then the assailant shot by plain clothes cops - presumably the car incident proceeded this.

BBC news says

2 incidents.

single attacker attacked Policeman with a knife, attacker shot by 2 plain clothed men <undercover policeman?> with handguns.

4x4 driven into people (at least 5 hit) on Westminster bridge.
