NZ Vs British and Irish Lions - Unofficial Spite thread

Post by Dai another day »

Less than a week to go before our mugnificent Loins play their first match.

Have the Kiwis improved any of the stadiums and facilities since the world cup? Be nice to have our boys play in stadia with no grass banks.

They can't afford anything else, and they probably claim it adds to the aura of their 'paradise islands'.

It makes me chuckle when SH nations try and compare themselves in any way to the economic powerhouse that is Blighty.

What makes me chuckle is you have to pick the best players from 4 countries to try and compete at rugby with this backwater and still get fvcking smashed .

it's like going into Tottenham and some yardy is brandishing a knife at you and you think "shit he's got a knife, he's gonna kill me, he's at least threatening me" so you go to him "why sir do you direct a knife in my direction, it's not making me feel all that comfortable to be here" and he's like "don't worry sir, my knife here is a long tradition of ours, we're very friendly and actually welcoming you...in fact it's seen as a privilege for you that I am brandishing this knife in your direction" ... "so don't disrespect me brandishing my knife, because it's my culture and heritage" "because if you do, i'll f**king stab you"

Pfft.....

Wales' top 10 stadiums hold a combined capacity of 219 593

New Zealand's top 10 stadiums hold a combined capacity of 301 500

Take out the 'premium' stadium capacity (The Principality and Eden Park) and you get the following totals:

Wales = 145 093
NZ = 251 500

Wales need to sort their urban sprawl out.

Any proud Southern Men on the bored? You know; the buck-toothed, flannel-shirt-wearing, monosyllabic, gun-toting, sister-rooting type?

How are your dwarf stocks looking down there near Wanaka and Q-town? Break it down on a per capita basis if you like.

Which Lions player will be the first to be subject to an otherwise unacceptable piece of foul play and which NZ player will be responsible?

Morning, Keith.

I see the Kiwis are trying to defend the indefensible re the quality of their stadia.

Their stadiums are eye sores, just like their wimmin.

Your best chance of winning is by playing sides that can only afford to have grounds with grass embankments.

OK mate - you win the rugby stadium war....well done. We'll console ourselves in the fact that our national team smeshes all before them in rubbish stadiums.

How does your trophy cabinet look with all the best stadium trophies?

Probably marginally better than Scunthorpe's. TBF every country has its Palmy.

Not sure how the Kiwi spite will go. They'll need to hit 2 nations in one strike. Might not have the same impact on both. Thread carefully you domestic violence loving cúnts.

I guess that will depend on which Lions players subjects a kiwi player to " just a harmless accident" the week before.

I would have thought so too but as high tackles with a closed fist and neck rolls don't count as foul play, I am not so sure now.

I love spite threads, especially against good opposition.

Nothing i like more than adding to the spice of the event by giving their supporters a rev.
