TJP is likely to be kept on the bench longer now. May be a bullet dodged for the Lions as I think he has possibly been the best back in the world this season.

He's been good. The Retallick turnover was a bit iffy but didn't see anything else too controversial.

He's still shit, but there wasn't much he could do about SOB's try.
He could have gone back and spotted SOB's block that spang Williams into space in the first place ;)

Loving this so far. Hats off to the ABs. They have played some hugely impressive rugby. Lions have hung on though. Think Gats should roll the dice and bring on Sexton and Itoje for Teo and AWJ.

And make our tackles FFS.

fudge Murray, he should be fair game every time he rolls the ball in a ruck. It's bullshit how he gets protected.
Very much this.
Late shots should be allowed? What on earth are you two on about.
No, that one shot from Retallick was late, but it was a push really, but he's getting protected from fair shots.
Where is he getting protected?

Back row largely has been anon, save for SOB and his ill-discipline. Both locks have been spilling the ball, not great. Farrells kicking is gash.

Good to know there's a strong bench to come, warbs and itoje should add so much to the breakdown

SOB give away 1 penalty, probably saved a try.

No real sub options now for the All Blacks in the backs, will be a long second half.

Those injuries will haunt NZ imo. They rely on impact off the bench and they won't have that now. I presume Ben Smith has a concussion?

He is getting protection from his teammates. They're generally setting the shield at the fringe well. It hasn't always worked, though.

Good game for the neutral but a bit puzzled by the Lion's defence, way too passive, just standing off and enabling the AB forwards to get a lot of momentum.
