Be good to have the All Blacks first-choice 12 back in the starting line.

Ben Smith's out for the series. Crotty in for SBW will be the only change.

Does a red card not mean an automatic one-match suspension?

Fark, Dagg has been poor, but hopefully a back 3 of Dagg, Naholo and Savea could be useful, Ioane and Laumape to fight for Jersey 23

Depends if Crotty is fit and Naholo is right in the head after the knock.

The Forwards won't change.

Anyone else get the State of Origin vibe from this test series?, think of the AB's as Queensland and the Lions as NSW, first game Queensland won convincingly then lost on their home turn in the 2nd game leading to a 3rd DECIDING test for which people will dish out a whole lot of money to watch, If tickets are still available i'm fuckign sure its price just went up by 20% ..

As much heart as they showed to win that a fired up New Zealand in the third will be a tough ask. in the context of being a man down for majority of the game they did pretty good out there.

Crotty at the ground, looks fit, we do not have to worry about Jersey 12 next week.

You guys should include a poll in these !

I think NZ is going to thrash them. You'd think the Lions won't just roll over, but it's not up to them. They can put in some good Lions Rugby in spurts, but they're not nearly on the same level as the AB, and certainly not over 80min. It's just a matter of how many the AB on the day will conjure. The AB always get up for the revenge game, and as their net superiority establishes, they'll add the extra effort to make up for today's defeat.

They couldn't get any speed going today when Aaron Smith had to slow down every breakdown to make sure his guys are in position for conservative phases being a man down. They had to be slow, and one-dimensional; red card= no speed, no variety in attack, too much kicking. They'll get that gorgeous fluidity and terrifying speed back in their execution next week, no doubt. Lions might score a try or two, but the AB will be on top of an impressive performance.

Sigh, another wet match predicted. I think this winter is being overly kind to the Lions.

Lions look more than capable of running it tbh, scored two good tries today and the try of the game in the previous test.

Agreed. And the ABs will field yet another new midfield combination next week so you can expect even more Lions tries. :(

Yep, Lions can score backline tries don't worry about that.

Massive match.

They've exposed the ABs a few times out wide now.

According to the Lions fans on PR, their team deserves to start as favourites.

Can you name and shame as that's a ridiculous claim. New Zealand are nailed on. The Lions are just making up the numbers.

SBW's citing at 5pm Sunday. Not sure when any other citings - if there are any - will take place.

Grizz, believe it's 4 weeks for head contact entry level, so I'm betting reduced to 2 for his previously good record?

I feel that's wholly fair.

Jake, you are being unbelievably optimistic. Given the make up of the panel, the only suspension is likely to be the referee for daring to send off an All Black in contravention of the Spiritual Guardian's sub-clause in the rules.

Not sure if I understand the Lions fans confidence. A better job at kicking and the AB's win even playing a man down without one of their top players. Now it's not the fault of the Lions that SBW did what he did but to somehow think your as good as the All Blacks for the upcoming game makes no sense. A little humility is in order don't you think ?

Where do comments like this come from? Is there a sea of "we're going to thrash them in the 3rd Test" posts from Lions fans that I've missed?

Can you direct us to these posts from Lions fans, they've almost to a man said we'll get beat next week.

How can the next match be "the match of the century" if the All Blacks have dominated the series ?
Perhaps looking at an upset win I guess ?
