Great try Lebanon, showing that keeping the ball in play can lead to tries.

That was entertaining. Actually enjoying league for the first time in long time.
Think tonga will lose to England in semi in a thriller.

If kiwis get past fiji we will still lose to oz by 8 in a good but predictable semi

Oz will win final vs england by 40 in anticlimax

That was a hell of a game. Lebanon pretty unlucky there.

I rather wish Taumalolo was playing in the next match though. Beast.

There has been a lot of talk about Tonga, but (and assuming Tonga go no further) Lebanon could be argued to be the biggest improvers. They have pushed England relatively close and nearly beat Tonga.

That crowd :uhoh:

This comp needs Tonga to stay in for as long as possible, no one else shows up.

Terrible handling, we are ridiculous. At least we can't choke at the end if we were trailing throughout.

I don't understand why people are as surprised by how competitive Lebanon has been. Considering the number of active players in the NRL and the state leagues below it they were always going to be competitive.

Thought Tonga would have done better against Lebanon. Unless the Lebanese were coasting in the group stage and really showed what they can do today.

An hour into the game v Tonga,I started having these strange, unfamiliar feelings of confidence with regards to the Kiwis chances of doing well at this World Cup.

I feel more comfortable now.

Holy shit. There's about 300 people in the crowd.

Also, the double movement rule in rugby league is such a shitty rule.
