Very strange details in that albeit short article. Approached her in the dark? If the basic case is that she was too drunk to consent to sex then wouldn't it be better just to go with that? The rest of the details seem to try too hard.

Still amazes me how many high profile sportsmen seem to find themselves in these situations, such sitting ducks you'd think they'd just stay clear of girls they don't know that have clearly had a lot to drink.
