Was pretty obvious the ref would bottle it.

Yes. Beating the Cheetahs. That's what every Leinster fan dreams of.

How about the two previous scrums there chief, especially the first one where Munster got dicked.

Very good win for Munster, with no apparent injuries. Ideal preparation for next week...without the thousands of miles travelling of course.

Go back and look at them again chief. In the first scrum the scrum went straight down on their tighthead side on the engage, and then swung to their left, leading to a reset. On the second the tighthead drove across on Marshall, and the tighthead was the first one to pop, and it was only then that the Cheetahs scrum went forward. It was a fairly clear penalty to Munster given the fact he was going across and up. Chief.

Yeah for about 10 minutes at the end. Was fine, didn't get a chance to impact, didn't make a mistake.

17 19 Che Mun. Good without dominating. 5 minutes to go

Wouldn't expect him to dominate in his first game back in over a year.

Classic 2nd half implosion from the Cheetahs.

Well played by Munster.

Who was the ref? I thought he was outstanding, especially in the face of such poor manners and discipline from some of the Munster players. Are they always like that, or was the ref mic picking up more than usual?

Good on the Munster fans for making the trip

I would say a fair few live down there, we are like cockroaches, we get everywhere. Come the nuclear apocalypse the only thing left standing would be a 'fields of athenry' singing Munster fan.

For the last Munster match it was clear that more than few local (black) guys were supporting Munster

Understand the Stander family brought a few buslosds of their farm workers along which might have been what the cameras picked up on. Wouldn't be reading anything into it on any deeper level...

Given they were dumped into this season with SFA notice, the Cheetahs have done well to make their home games either banker wins or competitive. Augurs well hopefully for next season?

Was quite surprised by POM in particular, who has been very good at managing refs over the past few years, having been not quite so good earlier in his career. I don’t think the ref was particularly good tbh, with some odd calls for both sides, but that doesn’t excuse the chat that was going on.

de fcuk ? our scrappy underdog fighting the odds character has a strong appeal to the farm workers across the planet. For this they came across the highveld in their busloads.....there's a Rosa Parks and Selma to Montgomery analogy in there somewhere
