As per, was picking and choosing what he was going to penalise at the end hoping for the hollywood finish, how on earth the ABs weren't awarded an offside pen I'll never know, oh wait, Nige.

Categorically the worst referee in world rugby

I was supposed to be at this game with 5 AB supporters and 1 bok supporter. I was going to support the boks (usually it would be the other way around) so my mate wasn't on his own. Couldn't go because we are getting our house ready to go on the market Wednesday. :x

Unreserved CONGRATS Bokke. I didn't particularly enjoy being beaten, but it'll do us no harm I guess.

Good stuff and pleased to be wrong about the Bokke. There was some excellent play mixed in with errors on both sides. The ABs will need to do better...

What?!

I'm a North Island poster, and I lead the way in telling the world BB farking sucks at goal-kicking and always has!

It's sheer arrogance that he's kicking ahead of his bro, or D-Mac when he's on.

Dude needs to give it up already. Hansen grow some stones and tell him!

Can't farking wait. :o
If they nail their colours to the mast and put JB at fullback on a permanent basis, BB doesn't need to kick anymore. I think the rest of his game might improve too as the pressure is likely getting to him. In fact, I'm quite certain it's the pressure that's getting to him when he is place kicking. He was fine for a few years until a bad day or two and ever since the media noticed he's always been wobbly.

I'd say he's carving up on the practice field as if he was anything like this then Ted would have ditched him already.

Well done to the Boks, showed everyone that the only way to beat NZ is to keep the taps wide open for 80 mins and keep in at them. Appalling game management by NZ at the end, but what a game!

You always learn more from defeat than victory. Aside.from the obvious - playing far too loose and Beauden's kicking was gash - there will be plenty to dissect.

A Smith should have stayed on another 15 mins. The team suffers behind TJs pass.

Not enough of Ben Smith on attack in the second half.
He was really missed out there today. Tremendous player. Worth at least 5 points to the ABs before the game even starts. That was the margin you needed.

Treating the left touchline like the Germans treated the Maginot line. (Yes, I know that won't hold up under scrutiny. Don't analyze that one too much)

Beauden couldn't kick a conversion to save his life and the All Blacks gifted the Springboks two tries. They'll learn far more from this get than anyone else.

I was hoping that they didn’t take the drop goal. Seriously....if we’d won on a droppie, I would have felt dirty. The Boks wouldn’t have deserved to lose like that, and the ABs certainly didn’t deserve to win like that. As much as I’m pleased (big picture) at the result, I really wanted to see a gritty try up front, or an amazing diving effort in the corner.

This is no bad thing for the ABs. We are not all of a sudden a terrible team. We had an ordinary game in kicking and execution, and that’s a rare thing. So I doubt Shag will be panicking. Goodhew showed that he is becoming a massive part of the AB success. Ben Smith got real quiet in the 2nd half.

All-in-all, I’m not too worried.
