It's nice that St. James Park will get to see some silverware.

Hey, they won the Intertoto Cup one year.

Although it wasn't actually silver. As you can see, they were thrilled

I just hope a small budget team for a small island off Europe can compete with this economic powerhouse.

I was pretty happy with what I saw from Leinster against Toulouse but what can you do with a team like Saracens when they can get away with what they did against Munster? Beg that Jerome Garces isn't appointed as ref.
We're f**ked.

Missing a 'don't' I hope!

Missed your white text initially and was very surprised!

I'd certainly have them favorites, maybe by even more than a point.

We can benefit from Garces reffing just as much as Sarries. I think we have the better backs so if we can handle their pack we should get close.

On the contrary, If Leinster win - Wales have the possibility of getting 2x teams into the big boy cup next year

So as nauseating as it will be - I'll be supporting the Irish Spivs

Should be a cracking match. I think this might be one match too far for us, I'd be amazed if we manage to win, although this is a group of players to do that.

Nope, just possible side they may pick given Sarries kicking tactics.

Fair enough. I’d be surprised if he starts though.

https://independent.ie/sport/rugby/cham ... 86299.html

“With Jamison Gibson-Park not quite recovered from his hamstring issue, the explosive James Lowe looks set to start having scored a try in the quarter-final last season and starred against Toulouse.

"He's one of many players, I'd say, in the Leinster backline or in the Leinster side who can cause trouble to any team," Lancaster said.

"As I said before, you don't score the number of tries we've scored by playing conservatively, but you've also got to hit the right balance.

"So, whether it's James Lowe or Jordan Larmour, Garry Ringrose or Robbie Henshaw, Johnny Sexton, Luke McGrath, any of those backs, Rob Kearney from 15, bringing him into the game more than we have done recently, I think they're all part of the equation for us.

"We go back to the quarter-final last year when we beat them in the Aviva, it took us a long time to break them down but we got there in the end."

Annoyingly, I've used up all my brownie points with the missus to go to the FA Cup final. So I'll be watching this on telly.

Sarries XV

1. M Vunipola
2. George
3. Koch / Lamositele?
4. Itoje
5. Kruis
6. Rhodes
7. Wray
8. B Vunipola

9. Spencer
10. Farrell

11. Williams
12. Barritt (?)
13. Lozowski
14. Maitland
15. Goode

16. Woolstonecroft?
17. Koch / Lamositele
18. Skelton
19. Burger (?)
20. Barrington
21. Wigglesworth
22. Tomkins
23. Strettle

No idea who'll start 3 - Titi started the semi and Koch has been struggling a bit for form. Barritt's status is unknown. I assume they'll load him up with painkillers if they have to.

Behind Leinster for this one. Think they can win it as well especially if they can get Farrell off his stride.

 hopeful but not confident. Should be a good game though, better than last year's final at least!
