We're staying with friends and have been given leave to raid their cupboards. They only have almond milk. Almond milk with Weetabix just doesn't do it for me. :(
You can sell it and sell produce from it, but suckling the cow directly (and certainly charging for the pleasure) is more than frowned upon.

Nothing worse for the environment than almond milk. Need an insane amount of water to grow them.

Is it though, I have a feeling growing oats is not particularly sustainable, growing any cereals isn't and once all our soils are completely destroyed because of it, then we really will be in trouble

Was really hoping the thread title was a typo.
Actually MILF and dairy products do have a certain synergy.

Our soils are already pretty much ruined from intensive dairy farming, soil erosion and a lack of diverse vegetation. Ideally you'd have diversity in the crops being grown, a single crop system based around cereals would be disastrous, mind you a lack of GHG and cutting out that middle tier of energy usage allows for a greater tract of land to be replanted with natives and riparian and less intensive farming systems. Anyway to answer the question of the OP, all that stuff around jersey herd milk, type A2 over A1 etc is fine and all, but is it backed up by any scientific evidence and or is it just another way for niche producers to price their product above that of the market. Fortunately living on a dairy farm I'm able to take my milk straight from the vat so I'm fine, love the stuff on my cereal.
