France are complete madcap and unpredictable in attack (going wide far more quickly and erraticly inside the 22) than anyone woudl expect, but the Welsh are scrambling very, very well.

They should, and I think they'll pay for it. No way Wales play this poorly in the second half, they'll come back and win it IMO.Crash_12 wrote:France should be 30 points up

Think Gatland might subtly voice his slight disappointment in a few minutes at the break, over how the boys are playing.

Possibly. But I'm of the view that Wales has a better chance against SA than France. I actually like the way the Welsh backs play. They look more like natural fluid rugby players rather than the other backs I see playing in the NH sides.Croft wrote:They're less dangerous to you than France.Tehui wrote:I thought I was a neutral in this match, but I find myself supporting Wales slightly. Key thing now is what is the french fitness like. They should be 15 points up. That might come back to haunt them around the 60 minute mark.

Yep, but all this tackling is going to sap the Welsh too.ScarfaceClaw wrote:Key thing now is what is the french fitness like. They should be 15 points up. That might come back to haunt them around the 60 minute mark.

Pity about the advantage. That was such a French try to concede otherwise, just on the other end.

Re: RWC QF: Wales Vs France Official Match Thread: Sunday 20
If the French are dominating posession and all the go forward in this game then there's only one thing to blame... the Welsh forwards. They need to get off their arses and start driving Wales forward instead.

Wales managed to be in touch with the yellow. Hopefully they can grind the score in the second half.
