Doesn’t seem to be that long ago when Wilkinson smashed him into next week - but on reflection was about 19-20 years ago !

Alright well, great first half from the French and terrible first half from Wales. Hopefully Wales will get the blow drier treatment at half time and come out stronger.

Would not be surprised if that defensive set wins Wales the game.

Can't help but feel that Wales are lucky to only be 9 points down there. They've scrambled well in defence.

Rob Howley must have put a late bet on France before the game started

Wales have a very limited side, French could be a few more scores ahead.

So many points left along the way... We played really well but couldn't capitalize on it with a score of little mistakes as usual. That butchered try by Penaud is infuriating.

Wales have done well to stay in touch here, they’ve been under the cosh the whole first half.

Didn’t realise Edwards was off to France after this  Feck they will be some outfit with decent coaching

Great game. I suspect Wales will dominate the 2nd with superior fitness.

They're less dangerous to you than France.
Possibly. But I'm of the view that Wales has a better chance against SA than France. I actually like the way the Welsh backs play. They look more like natural fluid rugby players rather than the other backs I see playing in the NH sides.
Maybe you'd like Wales to win today so they then get rid of SA who might be a danger to you, and then they get easily humped by NZ in the final? Would make sense then you supporting them today.

France should be 14 points ahead. Ntamack's hit the post twice from pretty straightforward kicks. Could prove costly.

Reboot time. They've been sucked in to Frances game to some extent, as spectators. They need to start stamping some control the game.

Like England last night the French are playing like a team that has had 2 weeks to prepare vs a team on one week. Wouldn’t have changed last nights result but may have an impact on tonight’s result.

Off topic, but am watching an ITV feed.

Before the game started there was the worst CGI remake of Thunderbirds I have seen in my life.
