Would England have won the game if Ben O'Keefe didn't have a bad game (AGAIN!!!)


So the refs now have a bigger impact on the game (and the tournament) than the actual players....

Okeefe needs to be put out to pasture. Way off the standard required.

It was bad enough that they played with one of ours; yet alone 12.

I'm not sure how a couple of our enthusiastic tackles seemed to have been lost amidst the English thuggery.

12 v 12 would have been interesting. Parkes, Williams and Brown should have all been carded.

At least we know who to cast when they remake "Twelve Angry Men"

The ref was very poor there were head hunting tackles all day from England, and the third English try should never have been, twice the English attacks ran into the Welsh players taking them out, but its yet another home rules win for England.

It's sad when poor officiating and illegal tactics win the day. Although it's not unexpected that England would have to sink to such depths to help them win.

Owen Farrell could commit mass murder and not receive so much as a yellow card.

More important than the cards is Eddie Jones' implying that the referee cheated. This is a very slippery slope and brings the game into disrepute. World Rugby need to come down this like a tonne of bricks.

England to play with 12 to give Ireland and Wales a chance?

Seems a fair handicap for the home nations.

Well I'm convinced. This thread and all the others drawing attention to the many instances of relentless cruelty and brutality by the England players against Wales have opened my eyes.

I can only say of my support for England, "what have I done?". Sort of like Colonel Nicholson in The Bridge on the River Kwai.
