Never saw that with Matt Damon. I agree that Will Smith becomes a bit of a parody on chat shows though. The whole Smith family went through a cringeworthy phase of being invited onto shows en masse where it just became a vehicle for their kids to show off.Tehui wrote:As I've got older, I find that I can't stand watching actors / actresses who I find fake. The problem is that whenever I watch a talk show, that I sense the host is interviewing the actor's publicist, rather than the actor themselves. Will Smith and Matt Damon used to be my favourite actors 20 years ago, and now I can't stand either of them because I find them to be fake AF.

Liz Hurley is a spectacularly awful actress but gets a pass from me on account of being rather gorgeous.
In fact, she’s so gorgeous she can drown small cats and puppies in her spare time and I still would.
The lucky lady.

That just makes me sad when you compare it with his earlier work. As for Keira Knightly mentioned previously, she’s just inherently smug and so self satisfied. There is nothing I can watch with her in it.DragsterDriver wrote:De Niro from the Fockers onwards.

As for Jennifer Lawrence, I liked her a lot at first, but she became sorta one of those actresses that the more she got famous, the less likable she became. Sorta like Sarah Michelle Geller, where after the first 3 or 4 seasons of Buffy, her presence on the screen made her the least likable character in the show, which I increasingly watched for Spike and Willow.

Costner is another actor who weirdly had a superb run of films then became unwatchable. Dancing With Wolves is a beautiful film. Costner did a surprisingly amazing job directing it and showing his absolute love for Native American life.Poshprop wrote:The Sun God wrote:As a golf nut I always enjoyed Tin Cup but don't tell me that you didn't like Dancing with wolves when it first came to the cinema ?Poshprop wrote:Kevin Costner. She is, actually liked her before the fappening. Tbf she’s dealt with it all very well, and is a decent enough actress , she did a sci fi film about a space starliner where she awakes from deep sleep, with Chris Ham - forget its name but it’s a good movie.DragsterDriver wrote:She’s not textbook stunning but incredibly attractive.backrow wrote:Lawrence was great on the Fappening tbfeldanielfire wrote:I like Gwenyth Paltrow. "Knowing" is the worst film of all time starring the worst actor of all time.
