That certainly isn't what Bimbo, Massage et al are telling us.

Who to believe...

Yes.

Not really. Starmer is so sleep inducing it is 'like being mauled by a dead sheep', as the phrase goes. Boris just bats him off at will and then asks whether he supports kids going back to school. Starmer doesn't answer (because he doesn't want to infuriate his union paymasters) and so we go on.
It's really strange that beats Starmer. Seems easy: "I want schools to reopen as soon is as possible where safety of students, teachers, parents is guaranteed". Puts it back on Boris Johnson and Gavin Williamson.

You didn't watch it did you.
Johnson was embarrassingly bad. Was told off by the Speaker for implying that Starmer was misleading the House. Was factually incorrect on his own figures, repeated the crap about how well track and trace was working whilst denying any other country had a track and trace app working anyway! He was at his bumbling, defensive worst.
Boris Johnson has never won an exchange with Sir Keir Starmer (or anyone?) on a matter of detail. He can survive by changing the subject (as he did reasonably effectively last week), but it does not always work, and it certainly didn’t today. He floundered badly. It was almost dismal.

I see your parish council have demonstrated the “dangerous” Johnson’s plans for reopening are not dangerous if delayed by 10 days.

As long as the Commons has very few people in it, Starmer lands blow after blow.

Boris needs the crowds back behind him to shout "HEAR HEAR". The quiet parliament doesn't suit a showman like Boris

PMQs is for the PM to answer the Qs not ask them. Allowing Boris to grill the questioner is the wrong approach.

Exactly. It's parliaments job to scrutinise the executive, not the other way around

Honestly, watching Starmer easily handle Bojo is like watching one of those MMA fights where one lad is hammer fisting another lads head on the canvas.
Almost wince inducing how bad Boris is.

That explains a lot.

It makes sense that you would be a huge Borris fan. His handwaving, table-banging, and lies are many things, but they're certainly not boring.

no, I just qouted it earlier for the fun of it. Bojo was a bit meh, full of porkers and got schooled again. but you knew, because as you said, it's getting a bit boring.

Neither of them is driving though. They're both salesmen, and Sir Keir is the one thrusting an old copy of watchtower in your face who you'd shut the door on. At least you'd make an excuse to shut the door on Boris.

I was listening to PMQs on the radio. Starmer sounds just like Ed Miliband, a sort of nasally whine. Very hard to listen to without drifting off.

I must admit, this attack on starmer's legal background from boris bemuses me somewhat. First there was a gag about the taxi rank aspect of the barrister's jobs, which in many people's opinion is one of the few outstanding things remaining about our legal services.

Moving on to later attacks, there's also a fúckton of ex barristers on his benches, some of whom may take offence. Also, if he's trying to prove that barristers can't win elections he's painfully ignorant of recent political history on both sides of the house.

It does all seem rather lame - If that is the best they've got on Starmer, he's in pretty clear water.
