Apparently it's unacceptable for a politician to be 'dull as ditchwater' as well. It's much more important to be full of bluster than competent.

It reminds me of the Bill Hicks sketch, "looks like we got ourselves a book reader here"
If you are referring to Starmer and saying he is competent, may I refer you to a Labour’s Brexit policy at the last election.
Have you been paying attention to the actual current governments Brexit policy?!?

Well the policies were called “utter shite” by the losers of the referendum and all the subsequent plebiscites taken. Whether they’re or not we will know in time.

I think you're confusing the WA and a trade negotiation, also confusing manifesto commtments with public opinion. In fact just a blathering old fool.

Absolutely, though all one can do is lobby for a change to the voting system and vote for it if presented with a chance. Similar to rejoining the EU I'd don't anticipate getting anywhere soon

You linked the Daily Express reporting a very niche non governmental something and conflated it as Government policy.

My mistake was even trying.

In a devastating report by the Centre for Brexit Policy (CBP), there are several areas within the agreement which could be problematic for the UK. With that in mind, Express.co.uk asked readers, “Should Boris rip up Withdrawal Agreement and demand talks start again?” In response, 4,492 said the Prime Minister must renegotiate a new agreement with the EU.
How do we renogtiate an agreement of something that's already occurred?

Top reporting from the BEEB - https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-53741180
"A source" close to Home Secretary Priti Patel has branded Ben and Jerry's ice cream "overpriced junk food" after the company criticised her stance on cross-channel migrant crossings.
The curious thing with this intervention, directly targeting the home secretary, is that Priti Patel has said very little publicly about what's been happening.
Sure, if you ignore her top 3 most recent twitter posts... for example...
@pritipatel Aug 10
Today I was in Dover to see how Border Force and other operational partners are tirelessly dealing with the unacceptable number of illegal small boat crossings.

I am absolutely committed to making this incredibly dangerous route unviable.

I can only guess that it depends on what part of the country you're from. You're saying it depends on what part of the country you're from as to what you think - that's democracy, though.

I know that a lockdown on our economy (not as strict as many demanded) will cause a huge drop in GDP. Once the lockdown has occured the drop is inevitable, no “good job” could change that.

Demanding a stricter lockdown was a demand for more not less economic damage.

I think he’s personally a poor person for this type of emergency, but also it’s exposed that PHE and the NHS and many of our scientists are shit.

That is an extraordinary rewriting of the reality.

Surely the sheer volume of flawed contracts awarded to connected friends and individuals gives you some kind of insight the sort of financial mismanagement that characterises complete incompetence.

Your claim that the scientists are shit would also carry more weight if Boris, Cummings and Co took the slightest bit of notice of their advice.
