It would be entitled “The Forum.”
It would have several cliques like ‘The Reach Around‘ gang, ‘The Swarm,’ The Fleewees.’ A number of key characters representing posters here’s. It would intertwine forum posters actual lives and now the forum affects their everyday lives. Maybe even leading to face to face to meetings such as cabals, and one on one fights to settle personal differences.
Couldn’t agree more, Keith.Keith wrote:theforum365 has some laughable ideas on a few things. Apparently Twitter is full of right wing loons according to the common consensus over there. Utter mentalists.
They're an odd lot alright.Derwyn wrote:Couldn’t agree more, Keith.Keith wrote:theforum365 has some laughable ideas on a few things. Apparently Twitter is full of right wing loons according to the common consensus over there. Utter mentalists.
And they have a thread over there where some chap posts about his online wank buddies. Surreal stuff!

No, that’s the ending for The IncrediblesYOYO wrote:Hmm.. I see you have having an unfortunate ending in the movie, accidentally stepping on to a treadmill which has a Jumbo 747 on it trying to take off. The jet engines suction proving to much. You can't send PM's on this antiquated bored, dickface.True Blue wrote:Yes at least let us know. I have been here for at least 10 years and have grown to hate the majority of posters, so would like to send abusive PM's before closing.
Thanks.

Presumably Jake will be the Imelda Marcos character?YOYO wrote:I have a great idea for a movie.

Good analogy. A race to the tip.Derwyn wrote:I don’t think many would follow Mungo and Rugga anywhere. Where you go, many will avoid. Try silver fern or Green and Gold. Hey, even try Gwlad if you wish.
Me, Keith and Mutton have history in making a success of wherever we end up. Don’t worry about us.
Though I suspect you won’t be far behind like the seagulls you are!
Because I’m feeling unnaturally public-spirited...Torquemada 1420 wrote:Presumably Jake will be the Imelda Marcos character?YOYO wrote:I have a great idea for a movie.

PS What did I miss? Is there really something stated by the powers that be that the place is closing down? Or is it simply another piece of attention seeking?
See. We can be civilised.MungoMan wrote: Because I’m feeling unnaturally public-spirited...
A while back now Jake posted news that the bored would be axed in late June. Unsurprisingly there were multiple responses and, ultimately, multiple threads.
Jake had a crack at combining them after requests to so but, sadly, made a balls of it. All the selected threads were erased but a combined version did not appear.
What is odd, really? It is in the eye of the beholder! I am finding the progressive views there quite refreshing.Keith wrote:They're an odd lot alright.Derwyn wrote:Couldn’t agree more, Keith.Keith wrote:theforum365 has some laughable ideas on a few things. Hah. Thanks for that. Would be a tad amusing if we all jumped before they scuttled the ship, leaving Jake to go down heroically with no-one to see.pieman99 wrote:Jake may be in the doghouse as it seems he leaked on here that the forum was closing, this was spotted by the F365 mods for whom it was the last straw, they setup their own forum over a weekend and all their users have moved over.
They also setup a Rugby forum specifically for us, takeup has been likewarm so far, not helped by our brightest and best being early adopters, Keith, Derwyn and particularly Toga who is making a lot of friends in the football forums There is another Toga-lite guy from here calling himself White Ranker who is not doing anything to address the stereotype of English rugby fans.
It's a top level forum alongside the footy ones, anyone with a login has access to all of them, but it's separate. Perhaps one of the first posts on their rugby forum being "Hey Keith" by Mr Taff has been the biggest barrier to entry, as we all know the car crash that was redolent of.Torquemada 1420 wrote: Hah. PS Is the rugby forum simply a sub-forum on the 365 site?
