Naughty Tory?

Allegedly, a Conservative MP has been arrested on suspicion of rape and sexual assault. The MP (a former minister) is being questioned in a London police station. The complainant was a former aide and parliamentary employee.
OK, a bit more than naughty

Don't think he should be suspended yet as there is no real evidential test for being arrested and the police could keep him hanging.
Do think he should be suspended if he is charged as there is an evidential test for being charged and there will then be a reasonably defined time frame.

He'd get sent to the sex offender prison (Stafford) though, wouldn't he?
Wonder if they have a Tory wing there.
