Somehow the Lions have lost the scrum potency they had when Balie Swart coached them. Seniors and u21s are struggling

I hate it when WP don't take their points and build their innings. That was the difference between the teams tonight. Bosch took the points, Jantjies not. Lions forwards did well. Good to see Kriel back.

All in all its is so good to watch local rugby.

Covid lockdown may have provoked some insomnia, but a least the Cheetahs v Pumas game is live on foxsports 506, canned crowd noise and all.

You guys need to get on to the 'crowd-placards' thing.

White 11 making a good run there.

On the other hand, someone needs to get into white 7's ear and tell him not be such a clown when scoring a try. Get in towards the sticks, sure, but you dive on the ground with the ball tucked firmly under one arm. None of this one hand put down after walking over there, showoff. It's proper rugby, not sevens.

Bulls look a total different team that played in the Superhero day. Duanne make a difference to them.

I think Griquas has shot their bolt. Their pack is tiring and their defence too

How's this for an unofficial Ranking:?
1. Stormers on Superfan day win over Lions and 8 WC Winners
2. Lions unlucky against Sharks, decision making
3. Cheetahs
4.. Griquas unlucky against Bulls away game but they'e a team
5. Bulls
6. Sharks
7. Pumas battled against Cheetahs but a better second half and Jimmy Stonehouse

I was impressed by the Griquas, wonder if the could take the Kings place in any international competitions?

WP to nr7, Cheetahs to nr1.

Vrystaat impressed last night. Pienaar, Frans and Specman make their backline the best.

Oh Yes anytime!
The Zak Burger George Whitfield Buddy Swartz combo at the back and with Klaassen aswell as Volmink in the mix and the wing that scored twice.
They stood their ground at the scrum and lineouts and played a stormer in the loose and rucks. Their defense also held up except the slip towards the end.

In a newspaper today. Bulls are buying the Goose that lays the Golden Eggs. That is Johan Goosen from France. His plan was to join Cheetahs but after the boardroom decision to drop the Cheetahs from Pro14 he is set for Bulls

Good . The Goose is a talented player, and might just apply himself diligently and loyally.

Or else Jake will have his balls.
