Novak Djokovic kicked out of US open

Post by Anonymous 1 »

He got frustrated and smacked a ball into a line judge. It hit her the throat and she went down like a sack of spuds. He clearly wasn't aiming for her and to be honest I think she made a meal of it but out you go

You can't hit balls in anger at officials. He surely f**ked up the easiest draw of his career.

He never aimed at her and he didn't even hit it that hard. That woman falling on the ground from that
I feel bad for Djokovic. He's a very competitive guy but he's not a bad bloke and he would have never intented to hit anyone. You could see his reaction straight away when he saw that it hit the woman. I would argue that it wasn't exactly aggresive behaviour. Many players hit the ball hard in frustration but they don't intend to cause harm to anyone. Djokovic was very unlucky it hit the that woman who looked like a bad actor.
Reckon it was unfair on Djokovic. Anyway I've never seen anything like that in Tennis.

Shut it Miyagi. Fat oul wans with unusually massive tits running the line in tennis are the reason the world is in the state it is. Makes me so fücking mad

Imagine if Serena did that. They'd probably fine the lineswoman for assaulting the ball.

I just hope she regains the ability to walk and can live a full life after that.

Someone gently lobbed a soft rubber fluffy tennis ball at me like that once, which brushed my shoulder.

Doctors were humming and harring about whether to amputate my arm.

Yep, in the early years he was a quitter. Then more recently (most of the last decade) he has often played the inexplicably injured or fatigued card in tough matches, looking set for the smelling salts apparently to mess with his opponent's rhythm, only to come on strong and win in the fifth. He's built a miraculous record of overcoming such undiagnosed ailments this way, perhaps through the power of positive thinking which is usually how his anti-vax propaganda goes. Then there's his spearheading of the recent attempt to usurp the authority of the ATP tour, and his lack of genuine generosity towards opponents in victory or defeat. The guy is grade-A c#nt material. Marvellous player but I'd be happier if he were gone. Which he is for now, cha-ching! Shame Thiem didn't get another crack at him though TBF...

He is a good man and that is a load of shit. Woman is probably angling to sue someone. The world really is a mad place now the previous reactions badmouthing a great tennis player previous to this just underline this.

The more I look at that the more i don't think he even hit that ball in anger. I think he was just trying to give it to the ball person. To that effect I don't think he broke any rules.

I like him more than Nadal. This is a really unfortunate incident. Looked like he was just flicking it back to the ball boys as every player does after almost every point.

I like Djokovic. He gets a raw deal from the haters IMO.

Surely it's about modifying the behaviour of the players. The smashing rackets and smashing balls when there are people around, some in their workplace is not on and could result in injury.

The prima donnas need to have their wings clipped.

The slightest dissent in cricket is punished immediately. Same should go for tennis which is a shite sport anyway.
