Iron Maiden are on a world tour early next year so there is another one and lest we forget Black Sabbath are on tour in the same time period. There should be a new Metallica album and tour next year as well.
Its happy days for Bogans

would like to go see Dave Matthews Band at the O2 but none of my friends is interested, can't bring myself to go on my own
MOR haters.....meh.....they have good tunes. Crash and Under the Table and Dreaming were pretty decent albums.vitoplaysrugby wrote:I know and they don't play in Europe very often.
They seem to have a bad rep here for some reason.

Can someone post me a quality tune of his? James Blunt has more hooks.

Thanks for letting me relive some of Dave Matthews more famous shithouse moments. He's like a session musicians Hootie & the Blowfish. I can't recall one musician of note who cites him as an influence. Adored by chubby 40 year old women and blokes who've never picked up a guitarGazzamonster wrote:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JU2E1lX1geY Crash Into Memr bungle wrote:Dave Matthews Band is the most technically sound yet soulless band on the planet. Not for everyone - but I like their sound.
I've just relived his 2 most famous, epic tunes. How uninspiring. Blokes a f**king sap.vitoplaysrugby wrote:I have a decent and very wide taste in music and can play a couple of instruments, I find DMB very good, your argument is invalid.
He's not innovative and yes he might have lost some inspiration in the past decade or so but so what?

Even UB40 have more melodies than Dave Matthews. Ouch.Oceanbreeze wrote:Saw UB40 with Ali Campbell back in April. Best bit for me was when he sang one of their new songs called Fijian Sunset.
God I love it when people run down music that they just happen to dislike - it's just a stupid argument and one that I'm not going to get into.mr bungle wrote:Thanks for letting me relive some of Dave Matthews more famous shithouse moments.
